Jacqueline Ambe Ashu

Jacqueline Ambe Ashu holds a degree in Economics from the University of Buea, Cameroon, where she graduated as the top student, and an MBA in Finance (summa cum laude) from the University of Central Oklahoma. She began her career at Standard Chartered Bank and has since built diverse experience spanning international development, finance, and healthcare. Jacqueline has worked as a prospect portfolio manager for the University of Arkansas Division of Advancement, a financial advisor with Edward Jones, and currently serves as a critical care contract nurse. She also manages TheExecutiveNurse blog, blending her expertise in finance and health.

A committed community builder, Jacqueline has championed youth and women’s empowerment through leadership roles in the Baha’í community, international NGOs, and non-profits. Her advocacy includes microfinance training for rural women, humanitarian relief efforts, and public speaking, including a keynote at the University of Oklahoma during UN Week. She serves on the boards of Fahari Health and EachOne GuideOne.

Jacqueline lives in Mansfield TX with her husband, Aaron Ashu, and their three sons: Jayron, Jameel, and Jesse.
